In 43 AD, Rome’s Legions storm Britannia—an iron tide marching into fog, famine, and ferocious tribes. You are one of them: a weary legionary of Legio II Augusta, clutching your gear and praying the mule doesn’t wander off again.
Each march forward brings new trials: ambushes in the mist, druids casting curses, storms that soak your rations, or the slow agony of dysentery.

Roman Trail is a cooperative, card-driven roguelike where players take on the roles of unlucky Roman Legionaries struggling to survive the brutal invasion of Britannia. Manage your Health and Food while searching for new gear to survive facing the absurd dangers of ancient warfare — from naked Druid ambushes to dysentery and crushing male loneliness.

Three modular decks — Event, Item, and Enemy — combine for hundreds of unpredictable scenarios that punish greed and reward cunning. Flip the Denarius coin to let fate (or Fortuna) decide critical outcomes.

Earn Gloria points through heroic deeds and enemy kills to secure ultimate boasting rights. Work together to reach the Conquest Card, or betray your comrades by stealing, hoarding, and sabotaging. Victory is survival — but only the most glorious earns the Triumph.
